Establishing an online presence for your Lodge or Province is made easy through our pragmatic approach. We’ll get you online without any unnecessary technical jargon. If you have any questions, get in touch. Below are some common questions we are asked.

Not at all. We take care of everything. You will receive clear instructions to provide text content to us and the very best copy of your lodge logo/crest and various images. Don’t worry if you do not have any images. We have many images to enhance your website.

Every website comes with UK or USA based hosting, depending on your location, custom email addresses, up to 5 or 10 or 15 pages depending on your plan, and full access to if you wish to update with news or a blog. Security updates and daily backups are included as standard.

Yes! You can connect your own domain (like yourlodge.org.uk), or register a new one through our platform. We’ll help guide you through the setup to make sure it points to your new website correctly.

The Lodge plan includes up to 5 pages and is perfect for individual Lodges that want a simple, informative presence. The Provincial or District plan includes up to 10 pages, ideal for showcasing multiple Lodges, officers, events, downloads, and other broader content. The Grand Design package is the ideal choice for Grand Lodges around the world and can include up 15 web pages. Should you require more pages other than our standard plans do talk with us.

Yes — you’ll have full access to your site. You can add/edit content, update officer details, change event dates, and much more. If you need help, our support team is here to assist you.

While we are not officially endorsed by UGLE, our websites are built with respect for Masonic tradition and structure. All sites are designed to meet the typical needs and values of Lodges, Provinces, and Districts — including privacy, decorum, and clarity of information. Once your site is completed we will apply for the United Grand Lodge of England Charter Mark to showcase on your website. (This only applies to UK websites).
