Once you decide to use our services, you will be directed to an online form to supply the images and documents we require. There will be a clear set of instructions. For example, the best copy of your Lodge logo/crest and a copy of your Lodge history to help personalise the website.

Most Lodge websites are ready within 14–21 working days after we receive your content. Provincial and Grand Lodge sites may take longer depending on requirements.

There is no lengthy contract; the minimum term is 12 months. Thereafter, it is on a rolling basis. We believe you will be very happy with our services.

Your website will be built in a ‘staging area’. Once it has been tested and finalised, it will go live. It is then that you have the option to set up a monthly standing order, or we can add you to our automated credit card billing service.

Not at all. We can use your existing domain or help you register a new one. If you own your domain already, we will show you how to direct it to our servers or we can do it for you.

Yes, we build your site with simple editing tools. You’ll be able to make updates, post news, or change Lodge info without needing technical skills.

You can upgrade your plan at any time. If your Lodge or Province grows, or you want more features, we’ll help you scale up smoothly.

Talk to us. As you can see, our prices are already reasonable – so are our additions! For example, Pro Paid for plugins, pages outside the scope of our packages, etc.

Yes. Lodge-Lite includes 5 email accounts (e.g. secretary@yourdomain.co.uk). Province-Plus and Grand-Design plans include more accounts for your officers.

Yes, all sites are fully mobile-friendly and tested across devices to make sure everything displays correctly.
